How to cancel the app subscription and uninstall it - Add Line Item to Deal

 

💡 Note: Although not shown in the screenshots, the first step is to:

  • Click on the settings icon (⚙️) at the top right of your HubSpot dashboard to access your account settings.


🪜 1. Go to “Connected Apps”


From the left-hand menu under Account Management, expand the Integrations section and click on Connected Apps.


🪜 2. Select the App to Uninstall


In the My Apps tab, locate the app and click on its name (highlighted in green) to access the app details.

 


🪜 3. Manage the App Subscription


Within the General Settings tab of the app page, click on the Manage Subscription button located in the bottom-right corner.


🪜 4. Manage Auto-Renewal if Active


Before uninstalling, make sure to check if automatic renewal is active. If it is, click on Manage next to Automatic renewal: Active.


🪜 5. Confirm Deactivation of Auto-Renewal


A confirmation prompt will appear. Click Yes, deactivate to stop the automatic renewal.
⚠️ Note: Once the current billing period ends, the subscription will be downgraded to the free plan.


🪜 6. Open the App’s Action Menu


You’ll see a list of installed apps. Find the app again, click on the Actions dropdown button on the right, and select Uninstall from the menu (marked in red).
