flash 1. Add deals amount to associated objects

This workflow action enables users to define a property on a specific object, that will be automatically updated with the sum of the “Amount” property value of the associated deals.

Use case: You might create a contact property named "Sum of deal amounts", and use the "Add amount to object" workflow action to dynamically update the property with the sum of the deal amounts associated to the given contact.

flash 2. Increase and Decrease counters of associated objects

This versatile workflow action allows users to choose a Contact or Company numeric property to store a count based on associated deal properties. So, starting from a deal-based workflow, it enables users to increase or decrease the counter of an associated object.

Use case #1:
You might increase the value of a contact property by 1 each time a deal with "amount" greater than 1000€ is associated with this contact.

Similarly, you can decrease the value of a property when specific conditions are met.

Use case #2: You might create a contact property named "Number of Abandoned Carts" and increase this property each time a deal enters the "Abandoned Cart" stage. Subsequently, you would decrease the counter each time the abandoned cart is recovered and the purchase is completed.
