With the Show Line Item Association app, HubSpot users can easily access, within a Contact, Company or Ticket record, the list of line items of associated deals
What's the superpower of this app?
The Show Line Item Association app provides users with valuable insights on line items within any standard object linked to a deal, improving contact management efficiency and saving time by eliminating the need to access deal records for line item details.
Enhance standard objects
1. Enter a record page (it works with any HubSpot standard object), make sure to have at least one deal associated with that record. If there’s at least one deal associated you will see all the line items associated with the deal(s) in Show line items association CRM Card.
Get insightful information
2. Access comprehensive line items information without leaving the page: in the Show line items association CRM card, only basic information will be visible, such as the line item name and the associated deal name. To access all the line items information, click the “View Line Items’ Details” button in the CRM card, as you can see from the screenshot below.
Save time
Use case: When a ticket associated with a deal is opened, the service rep can directly access purchased products/services information, without needing to navigate to the deal record.
Troubleshooting
- If a record has no deal associated, the CRM card will notify you if there are no deals associated.
- If a record has one or more associated deals and the CRM card does not show any line items, make sure the deals have associated line items.
- If a record has one or more associated deals with respective line items and the CRM card does not show any line items, make sure the CRM card has been activated for that object. You can check this option from the App settings.
