The Bulk Delete Attachments app is a powerful tool that helps you maintain a clean and organized database by efficiently deleting multiple attachments linked to a specific record. By enabling you to delete attachments in bulk, this app saves you valuable time and streamlines your data management process. With just a few clicks, you can easily organize records' attachments and ensure that only the relevant and necessary ones are retained.
How to use it
1. To begin, navigate to a record page (compatible with any HubSpot standard object) that has at least one file attached. Locate and click on the “Select Files” button within the Bulk Delete Attachments CRM card.If a record has no files attached, the button won’t be visible.
2. Select all the files you want to delete and press the “Delete selection” button.
Please confirm the permanent deletion of the attached files by clicking on "Delete Forever".
A message will appear confirming the successful deletion of the selected attachments. It may take a few seconds before the list gets updated, please wait and refresh the page if necessary.
Troubleshooting
1. If a record has no file attached, the button won’t be visible.
2. If an attachment is associated with different object records (e.g. Contact and associated Company), the deletion will only apply to the record where the deletion action was initiated.
