Enhance sales communication - Attach Files in Properties

How to use Attach Files in Properties to streamline your sales process and internal communication.

To further streamline your sales process and enhance internal communication, utilizing the Attach Files feature in the Properties app is a game-changer.

This app allows you to seamlessly attach downloadable links of attachments to specific properties associated with contacts, making it easier to share important documentation and streamline your workflow.

When you generate a downloadable link as outlined in the How it Works article, you can take advantage of this feature in various ways.

By creating a template that includes the "Link to attachment" property as a personalization token, you can easily include this link in one-to-one emails or automated emails that you send to your clients.

Whether you need to send contracts, proposals, or any other relevant documentation, this feature simplifies the process and adds a professional touch to your communication.

To make use of this feature, simply navigate to the contact you wish to communicate with, select the appropriate template containing the attachment link, and send the email.

The link will appear as a clickable element, allowing recipients to access the attached files effortlessly.
Please ensure to remind recipients to download the file upon first access as the links will expire after the initial opening.
